Sentech is committed to making digital access more equitable with our Indigent Households Service. This service offers eligible households the opportunity to apply for a free decoder and installation, ensuring that everyone can enjoy high-quality digital broadcasting. Eligibility and conditions apply.

To streamline the application process, SETA is launching a dedicated app. Applicants must register through the app, and once approved, they are referred back to Sentech to be enrolled as beneficiaries. This integration ensures a seamless transition from application to approval, simplifying access to digital resources for indigent households.
